Plastic Plug

Our sensors are completed with plastic plug: special fitting which permits to cut it to any necessary height to fit the fuel tank perfectly. In addition, plastic plug protects LLS from water, mud, and dirt that accumulates on the fuel tank bottom, and allows to avoid short circuit.

Color CAP Fuel Level Sensors Series

Since second quarter of 2012, we offer a new color series of CAP LLS. Sensors are available in blue and white colors. White fuel level sensors have a sun heat protection, and are primarily intended for regions with high operating temperatures and the scorching sun (South America, Middle East and Asia).

Auto Recovery of Range (for CAP LLS-A Series)

Now fuel level sensor’s automatic recovery of range of values is possible (with the optional CAP automatic recovery tools). For example, the 100 cm long sensor has output values from 1 to 10 volts. After trimming the sensor up to 50 cm range is 5..10 volts. Now with the help of CAP USB LLS Config Cable and CAP Software the range of output values can be restored back to 0..10 volts. Auto recovery can significantly increase the accuracy of the measurement of fuel level.
